i have been exercising for so many days. somemore is those continue one leh.
on sun, after K went joy hse to play with her dog. after that went bowling,supper and "jogging".
in fact the jogging part turns out to be walking and you might think its easy to walk. but the thing is that we walked almost the whole of gombak. thus, it's considered as exercise ah.
on monday, went diaso after that play pool. pool is also a form of sport. exercise again. healthy man
tue, played badminton and basketball. so tired. all used my hands. i think my left and right hand wouldnt be the same anymore. after this , went look at dog. so cute. the JRT is so so so active. cute! hehe. how i wish the person would agree to let me have it. :) hope so.
and finally sam got her personal blog. finally, long waited. as least can know how is she doing le. good ah..
